Right from Check In everything was amazing. Our room was lovely with a view of the garden. We were travelling with my sister and her husband, and they were given the room next door which was perfect. I received a complimentary bottle of bubbles as I was celebrating my 60th birthday, this was a lovely touch. The breakfast was lovely and with lovely view of the garden. The garden is really pretty and connects to a sister hotel which meant there were so many food options for dinner. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay.

A very nice upscale hotel. The price was very affordable and the facilities were comfortable. I only have two negatives. The bed was not that comfortable. Something about the mattress that made me feel as if I were going to roll out of it. Secondly, there are several restaurants on this property and we chose to have teppanyaki for dinner. At about $200.00 per person it was overpriced for the average quality meat. The breakfast was good. Overall, I will be staying here again.

Second time I stay at this property, and while it is a little "tired", I love it. It is a large complex comprised of three hotels (part of the same group) that share a beautiful park, with a lake and a shrine. Great service, conveniently located close to the Shinagawa station, but a little removed from the typical hustle & bustle of Tokyo. Wide rooms, clean, convenient, and great service.

This hotel is just a short walk from Shinagawa station which was super helpful for us. Our favourite thing was the Japanese garden and older style of the hotel. Its grand entrance and art works were lovely. The rooms were a generous size compared to other stays we had in Japan and they were very clean. We loved the conveniences of having Tullys coffee and 7 eleven in the hotel too.

I spent in this hotel eight days for a work trip and I was happy that I chose this one for such a long stay. The room was very nice, breakfast excellent and enough variation for a long stay. Staff were very kind and great service attitude. And then the extra surprise: hotel's beautiful and large Japanese garden! It was beautiful during daytime and even more so, in the dark.
