The hotel is lovely. The decor is maybe a little dated but it's so well kept, it doesn't matter in the slightest - it's quite charming. It's located a short walk from the well-connected Shinagawa station, which is about 25 minutes from Haneda (on the Keikyu line), Shibuya and Asakusa (on the Yamanote line), and is served by Shinkansen trains. Because we arrived much earlier than check-in, the bell captain took our luggage and kept it for us, and after a quick check-in later on, we found our room, which was reasonably spacious and had an *enormous* bed and a view of Tokyo tower. They offer an easy online ordering service for extra bits like bottled water, tea & coffee and towels. We didn't use the restaurants but they looked very well put together, and the 7 Eleven on the ground floor was very convenient. All of our interactions with staff were great; they also had a set of scales for us to use for our bags when we left, which I'm now used to hotels charging for.

Right from Check In everything was amazing. Our room was lovely with a view of the garden. We were travelling with my sister and her husband, and they were given the room next door which was perfect. I received a complimentary bottle of bubbles as I was celebrating my 60th birthday, this was a lovely touch. The breakfast was lovely and with lovely view of the garden. The garden is really pretty and connects to a sister hotel which meant there were so many food options for dinner. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay.

During our stay in Japan, this was one of the bigger rooms we were in and it was lovely. We had a king bed and enough space to have our suitcases open! The staff were very helpful in checking us in/out and assisting us with luggage transport to Osaka. Honestly, one of the most convenient things about this hotel was the 7/11 that was open until 1am in the lobby. We did not have the breakfast service or try any of the restaurants in the hotel, but we heard good things from others during our trip. It is within 5 minutes walking of Shinagawa station which is very nice.

Second time I stay at this property, and while it is a little "tired", I love it. It is a large complex comprised of three hotels (part of the same group) that share a beautiful park, with a lake and a shrine. Great service, conveniently located close to the Shinagawa station, but a little removed from the typical hustle & bustle of Tokyo. Wide rooms, clean, convenient, and great service.

I spent in this hotel eight days for a work trip and I was happy that I chose this one for such a long stay. The room was very nice, breakfast excellent and enough variation for a long stay. Staff were very kind and great service attitude. And then the extra surprise: hotel's beautiful and large Japanese garden! It was beautiful during daytime and even more so, in the dark.
